Ray Sigorta's Ray Express Agent Mobile Application was renewed and open to the use of our insurance agents in the beginning of July 2024. Our agent mobile application was designed considering our agents' daily routines and mobility needs, with all important features just a click away. Our aim for the application was for our agents to be able to complete all insurance related tasks from their phones, wherever they are, without the need of a computer. The menu of the application was designed specifically to make daily tasks easier. Our agents can provide a quote for motor insurance by simply scanning the QR code on the registration document of the vehicle, they can track daily tasks and get a daily summary of everything they have at the end of the day. In addition to this, they can use the application for customer management. They are able to view all details of their customers, such as their quotes, policies, claims files. In addition to this they can keep track of customer birthdays and directly send a birthday message to that customer from the app. Agents can use Ray Express mobile application to sell motor, earthquake, personal accident and travel health insurance products. In addition to this, in order to make signing in to the application easier and quicker, we have implemented a face ID feature, that allows the agent to log in without the constant need to put in a password every time they want to use the app. Also, while all the companies in Türkiye's insurance sector provide agents with their commission at the end of the month, Ray Express allows agents to receive part of their commission any time during the month if they need urgent cash. With this first in the market feature, we aim to protect our agents from economic instability and provide them with support whenever they need.

In order to provide visuals and the screen designs of Ray Express mobile application, we are attaching a presentation that summarizes the functions of Ray Express mobile application and shows the application screens. In addition to this, we are attaching a video describing the application which was used in the communication to our agents during the launch.

62% of our agents are currently using our Ray Express Agent Mobile Application and we are aiming to increase this number to 100% within the next few months. Since the launch of the application in July 2024, there have been 2143 quotations calculates from the application with 41% being sold as a policy. Agents have been very happy about the features of the app and have provided several testimonials such as "This mobile application is great! I went to the electrician and sold him a earthquake insurance", "It's so great to be able to take care of everything with only my phone", "this application truly goes everywhere with us".
