Madison is the Senior Account Coordinator with Paradigm Marketing and Design, where she oversees the execution of tailored marketing campaigns to help clients grow. She serves as a single point of contact between Paradigm’s clients and various internal teams to ensure all deliverables are met and align to clients’ overarching marketing goals and broader business objectives. She joined Paradigm in March 2021 as a Marketing Assistant and has since been promoted twice, due to her outstanding performance and consistently positive feedback from clients. Notably, she is also the founder an e-commerce women’s clothing and accessories boutique, a successful business she established while earning her bachelor’s degree.

Madison joined Paradigm as a Marketing Assistant in 2021. A year later, she was promoted to Account Coordinator—and shortly thereafter to Senior Account Coordinator. Today, she manages dozens of moving parts for her clients across a range of services—from web development to workflow initiatives to design projects and much more. Madison’s authentic, responsive, and transparent approach to communication and innate ability to manage multiple moving parts across teams to has not only won over clients, but also garnered her acclaim internally among colleagues, who have informally dubbed her “the queen of internal communications.”
Madison is one of Paradigm’s top performers. In the first seven months of 2023, she successfully upsold 116.35 hours to clients, representing $18,616. Her remarkable achievements also shine through in her project outcomes. Under her guidance, one client experienced a 500% surge in new user web traffic and a 450% increase in pageviews in less than two years. For another, she identified and swiftly addressed a significant gap in their marketing program. Initially brought in to manage a newsletter revamp project, Madison quickly realized the client was operating without a foundational marketing framework. She recommended and created a marketing infrastructure that supports a robust multi-touch marketing approach, ensuring consistent and strategic interactions with potential customers throughout their buyer's journey. The email marketing program alone has yielded impressive results, including an $80K project. Madison's ingenuity has not only filled critical gaps for clients, but has also set new benchmarks in marketing excellence.

Madison consistently challenges the status quo in pursuit of delivering remarkable outcomes for her clients. They trust her to act in their best interest and deliver guidance and support that puts their needs first. This authentic approach has allowed her to upsell additional Paradigm services to multiple clients at a time when many businesses are cutting their marketing budget. Her contributions have been pivotal in helping Paradigm achieve 33% YoY growth over the last two years. To date this year, she has generated $18,616 in up-sales revenue, contributing to the agency’s steep growth trajectory for 2023.
