The past year and a half has brought tremendous growth and accomplishment for
Omniture’s sales team. The sales team was responsible for driving 17.5 percent
revenue growth since the end of Q2 2008. One of the sales team’s major
accomplishments within the past year was their successful integration of sale
teams from Omniture’s acquisition of Mercado in 2008.

Additional accomplishments include the sales team maintaining at least
double-digit growth in sales each quarter throughout the last year and a half:

Q3 2008 (July 1 – Sept 30, 2008) $77.8 million, a 108% increase over Q3 2007
Q4 2008 (Oct. 1 – Dec. 31, 2008) $83.0 million, a 93% increase over Q4 2007
Q1 2009 (Jan. 1 – March 31, 2009) $87.2 million, a 38% increase over Q1 2008
Q2 2009 (April 1 – June 30, 2009) $87.6 million, a 22% increase over Q2 2008
Q3 2009 (July 1 – Sept 30, 2009) $87.9 million, 13% increase over Q3 2008

Total sales for July 1, 2008 – Sept 30, 2009:; $423.5 million

Accompanying impressive sales, the team is also responsible for continuing to
attract big-name customers to the company’s already impressive customer list.

customers worldwide.

Under the direction of Harrington, Omniture’s sales team continues to drive
expansion into international markets with an increased focus on international
sales. International sales drove 27.8 percent of total sales in 2008 and 28.1
percent of sales in 2009 YTD. International company wins in 2009 include the

The sales team continues to competitively sell against competitors, winning the
vast majority of the time. The team maintains focus on increasing selling
opportunities across the company’s suite of products and has learned how to help
customers successfully use Omniture products with the assistance of the
company’s consulting organization with vertical industry experience in media,
travel, BtoB, financial services, retail, search engine marketing, etc.

The Omniture sales team has an ongoing practice of including marketing
requirements as part of a customer contract. This leads to the company's ability
to more often than not, aggressively promote new customer wins or takeaways from
competitors. This spurs additional growth and opportunities for the sales
organization to gain additional leads. As part of the on-boarding process, new
sales staff are brought to company headquarters and are trained on how to
effectively work with all areas of Omniture, including marketing, engineering,
training and many others.;
