Chris Kourcklas' success at NuCO2 is no fluke. He's just finishing up his third year with the company and he's been a President's Club winner every year : finishing 6th (out 60) in his first year, 4th in his second, and will take the #1 spot once 2018 concludes.
Chris has done exceptional work since day one. He manages a relatively small territory, Cleveland, OH, but has always put up big numbers : he set a new Rookie record for asset activations in 2016 (336 units - former record was 289) and in 2017 he almost doubled the previous best (215 asset activations) year for a Territory Sales Manager in Ohio when he finished with 412 placements.
That all said, it has been his eye-popping performance in 2018 that compelled us to submit an application on his behalf for Sales Representative of the Year.

-Chris is pacing to finish this year with 1,100 asset activations. This will put him in the #1 spot in the company - unseating another top performing rep who has finished at the top for four consecutive years.
-He will set a new company record for most installations in a year - he's pacing to finish at 1,100 asset activations. The previous record was 579.
-Chris already set a new monthly activation record with 132 units installed in June.
-In addition to his phenomenal sales results, Chris is viewed as a leader by his peers - he has generously given of his time and helped train / ramp up 10 brand new TSM's for the company over the last 11 months.
-To put into perspective just how impactful Chris has been to the business since he joined our team, we'll offer this historical performance comparison : Prior to Chris' start date, the three TSM's sharing the state of Ohio would give us a combined asset activation number of approximately 470 per year. In one year, with one part of the territory, Chris is going to more than double what used to be our average productivity out of the three territories combined.
Chris is unquestionably one of the elite sales professionals in the United States. He has an indefatigable work ethic, is a likeable, effective networker, and a tenacious deal closer.
