Since 2019, Matthews™ has grown in size and sales volume, increasing total transactions by 12.8 percent and total transaction sales volume by over 10 percent. The firm has opened 10 offices in the last three years, including two during the global pandemic in 2020 and three more so far into 2021.

In 2019, Matthews™ launched their very own proprietary marketing and technology system, APOLLO. This internal system changed the way property listings go through the marketing process by leveraging development, custom workflows, and applications allowing for constant and seamless communication between the marketing department and Matthews™ agents.

Matthews™ also expanded its summer sales internship program, introducing the largest class to date in 2021, enrolling over 160 trainees across the nation. In the past year, Matthews™ digitized the sales training program and executed the firm’s Knowledge Base, an internal online training resource used by employees and agents to better understand Matthews’ culture and services. The company also added four brand new training sessions written by Chairman and CEO Kyle Matthews.

Matthews’ interns do not need experience prior to entering the course and receive continuous support after they have finished the program. The entire course includes over 80 training sessions, that can be accessed digitally. The program is accompanied by a 349-page manual to help trainees better comprehend the material. The manual is also used as a personal study guide for agent licensing tests. Unique to Matthews™, trainees that complete the course immediately start building their own business as a broker, whereas at competitors, trainees are often acting as a transaction coordinator for senior agents once they complete the sales program.

The firm also offers face-to-face time with executive leadership, including CEO Kyle Matthews, which is unheard of in the industry. Each host brings personal experiences to the table, allowing each attendee to ask questions and receive feedback from industry experts.

2021 Training Manual: This manual served as the ultimate program and study guide throughout the sales training.
