    After a strategic acquisition, MarketStar expanded its offerings to include end-to-end revenue solutions for B2B markets (Demand, Sales, Partner Channel, Customer Success, RevOps). The challenge was to boost visibility and target growth by engaging high-value accounts globally (NAMER, EMEA, APAC) and reaching key decision-makers with tailored solutions. 

    Challenges:  

    • Targeted Acquisition: Identifying and engaging relevant accounts across regions with unique buyer personas and journeys. 

    • Global Reach & Alignment: Ensuring consistent ABM strategies across marketing and sales efforts worldwide. 

    • Scalable Personalization: Customizing messaging efficiently for diverse audience needs on global scale. 

    Solutions:  

    • Integrated Search and ABM Campaigns: We launched an ABM campaign with unified marketing stack and consistent cross-platform communication.

    The team has demonstrated outstanding progress across digital channels, achieving a substantial increase in website traffic and engagement metrics from 2023 to 2024: 

    142% increase in sessions (227,641 vs. 550,895)

    153% increase in leads (869 vs. 2,206)

    38% increase in MQLs (243 vs. 337)

    189% increase in new contacts (1,339 vs. 3,878)

    Since July 1, 2022, the team has driven significant growth across key digital channels, boosting monthly traffic from under 20,000 sessions to over 80,000 by mid-2024. This increase reflects strategic optimizations and data-driven initiatives.

    Organic search traffic rose from 15,000 to over 60,000 sessions monthly by June 2024, highlighting effective SEO and content marketing. Paid search sessions also grew, from under 5,000 to nearly 20,000, due to refined bidding strategies and keyword optimization, drawing high-intent audiences.

    A revitalized social media approach supported both organic and paid sessions, enhancing brand visibility. Reimagined email marketing improved open and click-through rates, with email-driven sessions rising from under 1,000 to nearly 5,000. Referral traffic steadily grew from stronger partnerships, while direct traffic doubled, signaling brand loyalty.

    This nearly 5x increase in total sessions over two years demonstrates our commitment to innovation, solidifying the team’s standing in digital marketing excellence.

    Quantitative Account-Based Achievements:

      • Targeted Accounts: 2,084 high-potential accounts targeted for focused outreach.

      • Accounts Reached: 92% (1920 accounts) of the target, ensuring broad exposure.

      • Accounts Clicked: 43% CTR with 834 accounts engaging.
