    At Janek Performance Group, we are focused on driving results for our clients through sales enablement, customized training solutions and world-class sales content. We collaborate with our clients to identify gaps and create personalized learning paths that leverage technology and IP to equip their sales teams for evolving customer needs, offering insights to help them refine their strengths and develop new skills.

    Our continued development of cutting-edge technology, including the introduction of an all new AI-powered platform for “always-on” coaching and digitized resources, has created more opportunities and methods to serve our clients in driving sales performance outcomes. We are confident that this sustained growth will only help us to address our client’s needs more effectively over time.

    Our modular sales and management training programs, paired with sustainment solutions, can be customized and delivered through live, instructor-led sessions (onsite, virtual or hybrid), combining eLearning and digitized content with traditional methods.

    Since 2005, we’ve earned numerous industry accolades, including Stevies, Brandon Hall, Selling Power, Training Industry, and ATD awards. In 2024, we were recognized in Gartner’s Market Guide for Sales Training Service Providers and Forrester’s Sales Training Services Landscape.

    Personalized training paths sit at the heart of our training; we have a dedicated focus to keep up with the latest technologies to drive better results for our clients. Through our launch of Janek OnDemand and our hybrid/blended learning experiences, clients have greater flexibility, from preparing for the training to using our sustainment programs once the live training is over.

    We made Janek Xpert, a digital reinforcement solution, more accessible so that it helps learners retain newly acquired knowledge from our sales training through short daily question challenges. We can identify and address gaps that are impeding sales professionals within organizations sooner. When investing in any training program, Janek clients receive a one-year subscription to Xpert, which can be accessed from a mobile app or browser and has a dashboard for sales leaders to oversee individual and team-wide progress, creating opportunities to coach sales professionals and improve their skills.

    We also launched a brand-new program, Critical Sales Presentation Skills. It equips sales professionals to confidently deliver high-stakes presentations. It offers participants hands-on practice to refine both their pre-presentation strategies and their in-the-moment performance, ensuring they can engage and persuade their audience effectively in any sales environment.

    Our formal measurement process allows us to keep our thumb on the pulse when it comes to the results our clients realize from our sales training. For 2023, our aggregate average training results were:

    At our core, we believe what can't be measured can't be used. We prioritize our clients' needs, crafting personalized learning paths tailored to roles and individuals. By providing tailored digital content and consistently updating with relevant technologies and proprietary third-party platforms, we ensure that we are driving results for our clients and aligning with existing workflows. Our commitment to customization, accessible, digitized content, and blended teaching methods set us apart. We go far beyond surface-level adjustments, such as adding logos or leveraging industry jargon.

    We also offer a hybridized version of our training so that sales professionals have flexibility and versatility to learn on- or off-location. The landscape of work has shifted and we have adapted to fit a variety of clients so that the quality of the training is consistent and impactful.

    An example of one of the many pieces of digitized content we offer, we launched the ‘Maximizing Training Impact Guide’, which provides our clients with:

    One example of our tailored approach is our partnership with Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), an insurance provider that sought a comprehensive strategy for developing sales skills across multiple departments. Janek designed a holistic training program featuring customized modules and reinforcement initiatives, all grounded in our Critical Selling Skills methodology. To ensure sustainable, long-term impact, Excellus BCBS also certified their internal trainers, enabling them to onboard and train new employees effectively for years to come.
