DAN SEIDMAN of GOT INFLUENCE? has been recognized as The Trainer to the World’s Sale Trainers (Willis Turner, CEO of Sales & Marketing Executives International). Dan is a globally-recognized speaker, consultant & sales trainer who teaches potent influence strategies for leaders, managers and sales pros.

In late 2011, Dan Seidman created ULTIMATE GUIDE TO SALES TRAINING (Pfeiffer, 2012), a 600 page encyclopedia of best-practices and the latest influence strategies for selling professionals. This work is based on psychologically-sound techniques that are just now being adopted into the sales profession.
The work focuses on a neglected concept that is Seidman’s key focal point in training. The outcome of training needs to be behavior change, not learning. Too much focus is on packing sales pros’ brains with new ideas and techniques.

Without putting these elements of the sales process into play, too many training dollars go wasted. By focusing on changed behavior, a company can quickly quantify the high value of their investment in the ULTIMATE GUIDE TO SALES TRAINING methodology.

In alignment with his mission for the next 10 years to re-design and upgrade existing sales training, Dan is consulting with the world’s leading training organization ASTD.org (74,000 members). He is designing their global sales training program. The program launched in December of 2012 with attendees from across the United States and from as far as Dubai.

In early 2012 THE SECRET LANGUAGE OF INFLUENCE® (AMACOM, 2012) was published. It is a wildly popular topic and has been the most requested keynote and training program from GOT INFLUENCE? over the past three years. The book has already been translated into Chinese.

In June of 2012 Dan was hired to introduce a sales training program to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam where this Communist country is beginning to embrace entrepreneurial ideals. Because of the success of this event, he has been invited to return in 2013 to work with a major university and help create curriculum for sales training as well as internships for multi-national companies looking to do business in this fast-growing Asian hotspot.

Because of the tremendous value inherent in ULTIMATE GUIDE TO SALES TRAINING and Dan’s consulting and partner relationships with prestigious global organizations like ASTD and Sales & Marketing Executives International, he is now working to build training in Turkey, Venezuela, China and several other countries where there isn’t a strong presence from other training organizations. In addition, plans are being made now to launch a Chief Sales Officer Summit in Southern and Central Asia.

Based on 2012 contracts and requests to speak and train, 2013 looks like a great year to continue the global expansion of a unique and potent.
