Onsite Logistics
Q: Is there a discounted room block at the Bellagio?
A: Yes, rooms have been reserved Thursday, April 11 through Saturday, April 13 at a discounted rate. These rooms will be available until Tuesday, March 19, or until they sell out. You can make a reservation online here.
Q: Are tickets required for the banquet?
A: Yes, all attendees must have purchased tickets in advance for admittance. The final day for ticket sales is Monday, April 8, 2024.
Q: How will we receive our purchased tickets?
A: All tickets will be available for pickup beginning at 4:30 PM the day of the event at the ticketing desk outside the Bellagio Ballroom. Tickets will be held by organization name. Tickets will feature an assigned table number, and guests must sit at their assigned tables.
Q: What is the schedule for the evening?
A:
4:30 pm: Registration desk opens outside the Bellagio Ballroom
5:15 pm: Presentation of Awards in the Business Development, Customer Service Success, New Product & Service, Sales Distinction, and Solution Provider Categories
6:00 pm: Cocktails & Networking
6:45 pm: Dinner
7:15 pm: Presentation of Awards in the Sales Achievement, Sales Individual, Sales Team, Ethics in Sales, Thought Leadership, Customer Service Achievement, Customer Service Department, Customer Service Individual, and Customer Service Team Categories
We expect the presentations to end at approximately 10:30 PM.
Please note, if you are only a finalist in categories being presented at 7:15 PM, you do not need to attend the 5:15 PM presentations.
Q: What is the attire for the banquet?
A: The requested attire is Business.
Awards to Be Presented
Q: Which awards will be presented?
A: All awards - Grand, People's Choice, Gold, Silver, Bronze Stevie Awards - won by organizations in attendance will be presented to them.
Q: Will Stevie winners who are not represented at the event be announced?
A: All Gold Stevie winners will be announced whether or not they are present at the ceremony. Silver and Bronze Stevie winners must be in attendance to be recognized.
How Awards Will Be Presented
Q: Which organizations will be called to the stage to accept their awards?
A: All Gold winners in attendance will be called to the stage once to accept their award(s). Silver and Bronze winners will receive their award(s) at their dinner tables. The following exceptions apply:
If your organization is from outside the United States and won a Silver or Bronze award, you will be called to the stage once to accept your award.
If your organization has purchased a table of 10 and won a Silver or Bronze award, you will be called to the stage once to accept your award.
Q: In what order will organizations be called to the stage?
A: Presentations of awards will follow the order listed in the program book. All Gold Stevie winners in each category will be announced by the emcee.
Q: Will we be able to make an acceptance speech after accepting our awards?
A: Yes. Each organization will have 30 seconds to make an acceptance speech. If an organization purchases a table of 10, an additional 30 seconds will be given for their acceptance speech.
Q: How may we ship our awards back to our offices from the hotel?
A: The Bellagio has a FedEx Business Center located at the end of the Promenade Shops, between Hotel Sales & Marketing offices and the Galleria Rooms. The office opens at 8:00 AM on Saturday, April 13.
Live Broadcast
Q: Will the awards presentations be broadcast online to watch remotely?
A: Yes, the presentations will be broadcast live, worldwide. You will find the link under the Tickets dropdown menu at StevieAwards.com/Sales.
Photography and Videography
Q: Will there be photographers at the event?
A: Yes, we will have multiple photographers at the event. They will take candid photos during the pre-dinner reception and dinner. One photographer will photograph all on-stage awards presentations. A second photographer will work on the red carpet area all evening, photographing Stevie Award winners with their awards.
Q: When and how will photographs of the event be made available?
A: The week following the banquet, all photographs will be freely available on the Stevie Awards' Flickr page. You may download and use the photographs however you'd like. When available, you'll find a link to the photographs on the Winner’s Circle page on the website.
Q: Will the awards presentations be videotaped?
A: We will have multiple videographers at the event. One videographer will record all on-stage awards presentations. The other videographers will work with an interviewer to interview all Stevie Award winners after they receive their awards.
Q: What questions will the interviewer ask our representatives?
A: Each winning organization represented at the event, after receiving their award(s), will be led directly from the stage to our video interview unit outside the event room, where they will be asked two questions:
- What does winning a Stevie Award mean for your organization?
- How will winning a Stevie Award help your organization?
Please share these questions ahead of the time with your organization's representatives who will attend the event so that they are prepared to answer them.
Q: When and how will video clips of the event be made available?
A: The video clips of the on-stage awards presentations and red carpet interviews will be published on the Stevie Awards' YouTube channel the week after the banquet. When available, you'll find a link to the clips on the Winner’s Circle page on the website.
Q: Will the Stevie Awards use photos and video clips from the event for marketing or promotional purposes?
A: Yes. By attending this event, you consent that photos and videos taken of you at the event may be published in print or posted online; on photo/video-sharing sites such as YouTube and Vimeo; on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Pinterest; and in other web-based media at the sole discretion of Stevie Awards, Inc.
If You Cannot Attend
Q: If our organization cannot attend the event to accept our awards, will there be a cost to receive our awards?
A: Yes. The week following the banquet, we will send all winners an opt-in form about the methods of payment for trophy and medal shipping fees and how to specify where the awards should be shipped. Note: Awards will not be shipped until 6 to 10 weeks after the awards banquet. For details see the Terms & Conditions of Entry.
