Boasting an impressive 124 MW installed capacity, with four turbines generating 31 MW each, Menzelet has been pivotal in not just powering regions but also managing flood control effectively.
Similarly, the subsequent development of Kilavuzlu Dam and HPP, spanning from 1996 to 2011, further tapped into the Ceyhan River's potential. Located downstream from Menzelet, Kilavuzlu, with its 54 MW capacity spread across four turbines, each yielding 13.5 MW, bolstered energy production and irrigation endeavors.
