The world’s premier honors for customer service, business development, and sales professionals is produced by the creators of the prestigious International Business Awards® and American Business Awards®.

About the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize the achievements of customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals worldwide. The Stevie Awards organization, which presents the awards, is based in the United States. They are the organizers of eight different Stevie Awards competitions, which you can learn about at www.StevieAwards.com . The Stevie Award trophy has become one of the world’s most coveted prizes.

In 2023, the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service were awarded to organizations and individuals from more than 50 nations at a gala banquet held in Las Vegas, Nevada U.S.A.. Click here to see a list of the winners in the 2023 edition.

Categories

There are many types of award categories to choose from in the Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. If you choose to participate, select the categories that match the achievements for which your organization would like to be recognized and prepare your nominations according to the instructions for those categories. Among the available categories are the following:

Most categories require the submission of a written essay or case study of up to 650 words, describing the achievements to be considered in the chosen category. A video of up to five minutes in length may be submitted instead of the written case study.

Awards

Finalists of the 2024 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service will be notified on 5 March. Subsequently, the winners will be revealed at a gala banquet in Las Vegas on 12 April. During the ceremony, the Stevie Award trophies and Silver and Bronze Medals will be presented to the winners.
