EasyCep repairs purchased devices in its renewal facilities, making all functions fully operational before offering them for sale on its website. Although it is not as expensive as a new product, it provides a safer and more corporate experience than second-hand products. While doing this, it established stores in 67 different cities to facilitate easy access to new market products for its customers. Its online sales system has achieved nearly 40 million traffic on easycep.com in 2023, while the application has reached nearly 300,000 downloads.
In 2023, an independent research firm identified EasyCep as the most well-known brand in Turkey's industry, and it entered the 17th position on the Fast Company/Startup 100 list. With the goal of making phones and technological products accessible to all consumers, EasyCep renewed nearly 200,000 phones in 2023 and brought them into the economy. As a result, a 71% increase in mobile phone sales, over sevenfold in computer sales, and more than fourfold in smartwatches in significant growth figures.
