Datasite offers global career opportunities and recently established a sales presence in new markets, including Jakarta, Seoul, and South Africa. To prepare and coach sellers, Datasite has a robust sales enablement team. Expanded training efforts have enhanced sales skills and product knowledge, alongside a proven 5-stage accreditation program and powerhouse Digital Sales Development team to create opportunities for field sellers.
Our global salesforce has proven adaptable: sellers were tasked with learning and positioning Datasite's three newest products (Archive, Pipeline, and Intelligence) in the market over the past 2.5 years. Datasite’s development of sellers is best reflected in the company’s year-over-year growth. Between 2022 and 2023, Datasite’s revenue grew 9.7%, and from 2023 to 2024, is trending towards 26.1% growth. [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION].
On average, over the past two years more than half the sales force qualified for Accelerator Club, Datasite’s premier incentive trip. 2024 held the highest qualifier attendance in company history and was well beyond the industry standard. The event offers sellers the opportunity for networking, business strategy, philanthropy, and celebration with global leadership and colleagues. At our recent business meeting in May 2024, Datasite raised over $15,000 for our selected philanthropy.
