Over the past year and a half CLEARLINK has experienced unprecedented growth -
and while we know that every company spokesperson says that from time to time -
we can say it with certainty.

There has been the calculable monetary growth, our total profit for the year is
currently pacing to hit [FIGURE REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION]. Our sales experts
have made this possible by doubling, tripling, and even quadrupling, what were
considered ambitious sales
goals.

With an increase in profit comes the inevitable increase in workforce, we've
added more than 250 new jobs, just this 2010 calendar year. We've also added
more benefits like 100% health care, an on-site café, $50k life insurance
policies for every employee and short/long term disability, this year alone.

But we believe that a successful incentive program cannot and should not be
limited solely to benefits packages, pay-for-performance plans, bonuses, stock
options, and the like.

The CLEARLINK approach, a sales incentive program that inspires, plays off of
the basic factors attributed to happiness in the workplace: appreciation,
respect, trust, individual growth, compatible co-workers, a sense of purpose and
good leaders.

In an organization obsessed with growth, it’s fitting that the growth of our
employees would come before the growth of the organization. Ironically, that
model is how we achieve success as an organization.

Our employees take part in CLU (CLEARLINK University) to develop their personal
and professional lives and reach their goals. CLU courses pull in experts to
teach employees at every level how to be leaders, how to manage finances,
relationships, how to treat their bodies right, how to be better salespeople and
to come together under a unified company goal of…growth.

Our sales people are not only incentivized to be the best, they are given the
tools to reach the top. Progressive and extensive sales training makes good
sales people great and great sales people even better. Once they do, they go on
an annual, all-expense-paid trips to Las Vegas, vacations in Mexico and have the
chance to win a “trip of a lifetime” doing anything they want, with anyone they
want, anywhere in the world. 

One sales employee, Melanie Munoz, was bankrupt when she started at CLEARLINK
two years ago. After one year as a sales agent, she had made enough money
through her salary, commission and bonuses to purchase a home for her son; that
year she also won a trip of a lifetime and chose to take her parents to Italy.

CLEARLINK allows employees to write their own stories, and company town hall
meetings allow every employee to voice what matters most.

We discovered that more than extra “0s” on a paycheck, our people want to want
to come to work and believe in the company they work for – and they do. Just see
