1 Personally sold or managed the sales efforts resulting in Revenues of
$3,696,492.80 from January 18, 2006 thru December 31, 2006 in the Bonus Building
Care Chicago and St. Louis offices.
2. Personally sold and directed the training of thirty two (32) Bonus Building
Care Unit Franchises in the Bonus Building Care Chicago office in 2006. This
resulted in Mr. Douglas winning 1st place in the Bonus of America, Inc. award
for 2006 for the most Unit Franchises Sold.
3. Directed the quality assurance program and managed the client retention
process resulting in a Client Retention Ratio (CRR) of 95.76% for the Bonus
Building Care Chicago office and a Client Retention Ratio (CRR) of 97.72% for
the Bonus Building Care 81. Louis office. This resulted in Mr. Douglas and his
staff receiving an award from Bonus of America, Inc, for having the Second (2nd)
highest Client Retention Ratio for all twenty one Bonus cities.

Mr. Douglas's performance at sales, management and operations have been
outstanding over the last year; however it has been Mr. Douglas's financial
management that has been truly exceptional. Mr. Douglas has excelled in his
ability to fiscally out manage his peers and competitors through ingenuity,
consistency and ability to make money-wise decisions. Mr. Douglas's financial
acumen and discipline have helped him to achieve the distinction of managing and
directing two of the most profitable branches within the entire Bonus Building
Care System.
In October of 2003, Mr. Douglas founded and opened the Bonus Building Care
Master Franchise for the Chicago, Illinois area. Since founding the Bonus
Building Care office in Chicago, Mr. Douglas has personally been involved in the
sale, training and unit franchise development of forty seven (47) Unit
Franchises which have generated revenues of $3,704,725 since the inception of
the Chicago office. In April of 2005, Mr. Douglas acquired the Bonus Building
Care Master Franchise for the St. Louis, Missouri area. Since this acquisition,
Mr. Douglas has managed the sales, operations and unit franchise development of
seventy (70) Unit Franchises which have generated revenues of $4,391,606 since
his acquisition in April of 2005. Prior to joining BONUS, Mr. Douglas served as
a Financial Analyst with Petkevich & Partner, a San Francisco based investment
bank from July 2002 through JanUltty 2003. From 1998 thru 2002 Mr. Douglas was a
student at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee and in May of 2002, Mr.
Douglas was awarded a Bachelor of Science Degree with a specialty in
Organizational Development.
