    Mason Boddy is a proven and seasoned leader with a history of driving significant growth in competitive industries. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Utah. With nearly a decade of experience in the door-to-door (D2D) sales industry, Mason has consistently demonstrated his ability to scale businesses and deliver outstanding results.

    Since October 2021 Mason Boddy has served as Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of Aptive Solar, which later rebranded as Ambia. Year after year, he has built one of the most respected sales programs in the solar industry. From 2022 to 2024, Mason’s work doubled Ambia’s revenue each year [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION]—a remarkable achievement despite a notoriously challenging period for the solar industry in 2023.  

    Mason has cultivated one of the most sought-after sales forces in the solar industry, especially after producing the top solar team in the country–that one team alone selling 1000 solar systems in summer of 2023. By reimagining pay structures, he has attracted a larger pool of skilled setters while also elevating their role as essential contributors to success—a sharp contrast to the industry norm of undervaluing setters.
