  2. Briefly describe the nominated team: its history and past performance (up to 200 words):

    The OneSource Telesales team is made up of licensed and unlicensed agents that share a passion for assisting senior citizens with choosing a Medicare Advantage Plan(OneSource PDP Conversion), Med Suppliment, Perscription Drug Plan or other ancillary plans like dental, vision, and hearing(OneSource Portfolio Group). The team started in October 2022 selling one product(OneSource PDP Conversion) as a pilot for one health care provider and quickly grew to now selling over 5. Revenue increased from $3.4 million to over $10 million in 2024. The OneSource team has also seen remarkable improvements in the area of quality and compliance. 2022 to 2023 saw an 11% increase in quality and an 18% improvement in The Centers for Medicare complaince rating.  From 2023 to 2024 we reached a milestone, exceeding the overall quality goal by 5% and achieving a 400% above goal rating on The Center for Medicare complaint index. In accomplishing these goals, the team solidified 2 additional lines of business with one carrier as a result.

    The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid have extremely strict compliance standards for selling Medicare Advantage plans and other government regulated insurance products.  With that in mind, not only has the OneSource Telesales team achieved great success in sales by tripling revenue with the same amount of staff, but as you have seen, achieved 400% above goal for our client. Based on feedback from our client, the OneSource team beat their internal and other vendors.
