    MobilityX 4.0 was beta tested in April 2024, and all clients were converted in late July and early August 2024.

  4. Describe the features, functions, and benefits of the nominated product or service (up to 350 words):

    Aires’ client web platform, MobilityX, was designed entirely in-house for mobility professionals to track and manage their programs, including features such as dynamic (or automated) initiations, data integration, cost estimating tools, document creation, customizable workflows, real-time reporting, live milestone tracking, documents, comments, mobility resources, and more. Aires recently rolled out exciting updates to improve our platform, MobilityX 4.0. The focus of MobilityX 4.0 was to enhance the existing features, empowering users to curate their own experience within the website and manage tasks to drive productivity. The key enhancements offered are:

    • Customizable Widgets: MobilityX 4.0 offers each user a fully customizable dashboard as their homepage. Aires adopted an “app store” approach, allowing users to choose from over 30 widgets, or “Infobites,” to fill up to 25 slots on their homepage. The Infobites feature charts, graphs, tables, and maps, ensuring a visually appealing interface regardless of the user’s selections. Users can easily manage the selection, arrangement, and design of their homepage through a simple click-and-drag interface.
       
    • Easy Program Monitoring: Users are not limited to only reporting metrics in their dashboards. They can choose to monitor key mobility journeys directly from the homepage using the 'Followed Employees' Infobite. Users can track important mobility events, manage authorizations or exceptions pending review, or handle their task list.
       
    • Enhanced Task Management: MobilityX 4.0 now supports document attachments, allows users to select the relocating employee the task is for, and includes up to 15 subtasks. Other enhancements include automated task creation from workflow, the ability to pull tasks to the homepage, and fun task completion confetti animations.
       
    • Curated Experience: Aires understands that all mobility programs are unique, and each client user has unique roles, responsibilities, personalities, and priorities. The persona-based approach taken with MobilityX 4.0 ensures that Aires clients can thrive in their uniqueness and design a website that works best for each user. Further, to maintain a strong focus on privacy and security, each user can be given unique access within the system, ensuring they only see data that is relevant and permitted within each organization.

    Since the launch of the exciting updates offered by MobilityX 4.0, we have received overwhelmingly positive feedback and results.

    Aires consistently gathers valuable insights from our clients through regular surveys, which cover various aspects of our services, including our technology. Notably, since the release of MobilityX 4.0, there has been a 2.3% increase in client survey scores regarding our technology system.

    Additionally, from Q4 2023 to Q4 2024, we have observed a significant 26% surge in user engagement, as evidenced by the increased number of clicks in our analytics, reporting, and document sections. This substantial growth highlights the effectiveness and value of our recent enhancements.

    One satisfied client shared, “The enhancements on the dashboard are very impressive and have allowed for cleaner reporting since we can provide an easier visual with the data.” In our attached Supporting Material #2, we have included a selection of the many positive comments we have received from our clients.
