    Since implementing the new proposal tool, we have achieved our goal of making proposal creation as efficient as possible. The previous tool was time-consuming confusing, and offered limited customizations, which disrupted users’ workflows. The new tool has addressed these challenges, allowing users to create fully customized proposals—including all targeting and allocations—in an average of five minutes, drastically improving productivity and user experience.

    The impact of the new proposal tool is evident in the significant increase in our Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures how likely users are to recommend ui.marketing to others. Comparing the three months before launch to the three months post-launch, the NPS showed clear improvement, with users praising the tool’s intuitive interface, streamlined workflows, and responsive customer service.
