Since July 1, 2019, Achievers has continued to focus on its goal to deliver a system that streamlines all data in easy-to-use workflows, allowing customers to activate employee participation and drive engagement in a single platform.
To achieve this, Achievers completed its acquisition of TemboSocial Inc., an innovative provider of employee feedback and recognition tools. This acquisition bolsters and extends Achievers' enterprise solution for employee engagement with additional manager empowerment tools and easy-to-use surveys, forms, quizzes, and polls in one innovative platform.
Similarly, Achievers announced its integration with WellRight, a leading corporate wellness program and configurable platform designed to support employees in their wellness journeys. WellRight is only the latest vendor to join in using Achievers’ real-time open API to build platform integrations.

Despite the strains that 2020 has presented across the world, Achievers is proud to not only sustain its growth — as evidenced by its focus on acquisitions and partnerships — but continues to provide world-class service to customers with results within committed levels.
In 2020, Achievers has a customer retention rate of 95% and has maintained a consistently high NPS score of 67— an improvement of 12% over last year’s NPS score of 60. Other customer-facing departments also report high scores for customer satisfaction:
-ME – 85% YTD
-CSS – 98% YTD
-PS– 95% YTD
In this past year alone, 2.5 million recognitions were sent in the Achievers Experience Platform across 143 different countries. The Operations team, which manages the reward offerings, has seen a similar growth in item fulfillment of 26% over the previous year in the USA and CA. Internationally, the growth jumps to 77% as Achievers keeps pace with the growing global footprint of its clients.
