Olneya Restoration Group was founded in 2007 by President/CEO Crystal Anderson.
After working in the storm restoration and roofing industry for over a decade,
Crystal's goal was to bring a new level of customer service and quality
workmanship to customers. As great as that goal may sound, it would not be
possible without the continuous support and dedication of an outstanding sales
team.

In 2011, Olneya accomplished an astronomical feat. At the close of 2010's
books, Olneya had a revenue of approximately $3.3 million in sales. At the close
of 2011, Olneya's sales reached about $6.6 million. In short, Olneya experienced
100% growth in 2011. This outstanding accomplishment would not be possible
without the hard work and dedication of their sales team, also known as Project
Managers.

Olneya's Project Managers work hard every day to establish a strong customer
base and referral program for the company. Whether it be cold-calling potential
customers, or canvassing neighborhoods, they work tirelessly to ensure Olneya is
here for years to come. In fact, the Project Managers as a whole brought in over
500 referrals for the year, won awards for customer service and community
involvement, and broke a company record by accomplishing Olneya's highest
grossing month since being in business.

All these accomplishments by sales staff would almost be predictable if they
did not have a huge obstacle to overcome. In August of 2011, Olneya Restoration
Group was technically a "new" company in the consumer's eyes. Formerly known as
AGC Contracting, the company changed its name to Olneya mid-year. While a
company name change is sometimes a death sentence for many sales professionals,
Olneya's sales staff took the change in stride and actually grossed over a
million just one month following the name change. This is unheard of in the
roofing and construction industry.

Project Managers attend weekly sales meetings to keep them updated on company
news and revenue numbers. During these meetings, Jon Paramore, Olneya Sr. Vice
President/COO, keeps them motivated to achieve their yearly numbers and continue
pushing ahead to even surpass their original goals. Jon himself works as a
Project Manager on many homes throughout the year. His theory is to "lead by
example". This means he challenges his sales staff to beat his numbers and
motivate each other to "beat the boss".

All in all, our Project Managers thrive on motivation and challenges. If we ask
for ten signed contracts, they produce fifteen. If we ask for $100,000 in sales
that month, we get $120,000. Whether it is the motivation by management, or the
self-starters we hire in the company, we are not sure. Whatever it is that makes
them shine, it's working!

Olneya's dedication to the home owner make them rise above the rest. The
company will continue to grow and succeed until there is nothing left to surpass
but their own level of accomplishment. If the past year has been any preview,
Olneya and its staff of sales professionals certainly have a very bright future
ahead.
