Judging of the 2018 Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service was conducted in November 2017 - January 2018 by more than 150 professionals worldwide.  Their average scores determined the Finalists, and the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie-winner placements among the Finalists to be revealed at the February 23 awards gala in Las Vegas.
