The Verkada Partner Rewards program provides Verkada with the ability to incentivize their Partner Representatives to sell more products, grow market share, and drive product knowledge. The incentive platform is highly configurable, user-friendly, and provides the opportunity to quickly implement multiple promotions and engagement incentives which can be segmented by multiple variables, such as geographic location, sales volume, partner type, and product category.
Dash Solutions and Verkada designed the platform in accordance with specific branding and style guidelines, driving the brand forward with each partner login. Verkada is a pioneer in cloud-based physical security solutions that protect people and property in a way that respects individuals' privacy. Therefore, they required a smooth and proven turn-key solution to complement their image and help drive loyalty through their fast-growing partner ecosystem. Some of the capabilities include:

Specializing in cloud-based physical security solutions, including video security cameras, access control, environmental sensors, alarms, workplace management, and intercom systems, they sought to launch a partner rewards program to expand market share and increase product knowledge among a rapidly growing global team. Founded in 2016 with more than $360M in funding raised to date, Verkada has expanded rapidly with 15 offices across six continents, 2,100+ full-time employees and 28,000+ customers across 85+ countries, including 87 companies in the Fortune 500. Due to incredible growth, Verkada desired to enhance their brand visibility and market share via both direct and indirect sales channels.
Dash Solutions was chosen to support Verkada with their channel incentive needs due to a need for a configurable enterprise platform to accommodate growth, an ability to create meaningful and impactful promotions quickly, and industry/subject matter expertise around account and change management. Speed to market was critical to Verkada and the program was launched successfully in time for Verkada’s annual partner summit. This is particularly meaningful to both Verkada and Dash Solutions because of the speed, precision, and collaboration between parties—ultimately implementing a solution in a mere 6.5 weeks.
This was possible because of strong stakeholder engagement from both vendor and buyer sides, using a prescribed process for implementation of Channel Incentive programs. From requirements gathering, design, development, UAT, internal and external communications, operationalization and launch activities, implementation teams had the experts to beat an industry average launch time of 3-6 months.
Early results are trending positively for Verkada, as internal teams from both parties are cohesively strategizing a roll-out to a larger partner audience beyond just the pilot. Dash Solutions is happy to be continuing the partnership to add more dealers for increased sales, more loyalty, and ultimately greater indirect sales revenue.
