    Based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Jerome Hamlette is Regional Sales Manager at Sales Partnerships, Inc., which provides field-based turn-key sales outsourcing, contract sales, and brand engagement services for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies throughout North America.

    Jerome started as a part-time sales agent in August of 2021, and has been promoted three times. He has been a manager at SPI since January 2023 and currently manages a team of sales agents across the North Carolina region.

    Jerome has an impressive track record of building up his team quickly and efficiently -- he has consistently met and exceeded all goals put to him and the team -- and is well known for his collaborative and inclusive management style.

    Jerome’s dedication to his team and the ability to train his agents on different sales techniques has been the key to his ability to overachieve his team’s quota and retain talent.

    In 2023, Jerome took over a team that was in flux and needed a guiding force to help them to meet and eventually exceed their goals

    Because of his leadership, Jerome’s team produces consistently at an average of 130% over quota, and he outperforms our national regional managers by more than 20%. Jerome was #1 out of all of the field managers at SPI within the first 45 days of leading his team and continues to lead them greater heights each month.

    Despite the headwinds caused by low unemployment and the particular market forces seen in 2023 with regards to hiring and retention, Jerome has grown his team by more than 140% while also collaborating with the other managers in the field to help grow their skills as leaders. He works diligently to help others and especially his peers to become better managers while lending a helping hand whenever he’s needed.

    2023 was an unprecedented year for field sales organizations, a constant battle to hire and retain talented sales team members, particularly when it came to keeping door to door agents motivated and engaged in the sales process.

    Jerome was a key part of the team and company when it came to developing his sales agents, assisting his peers, and collaborating with the upper management teams to home in on the exact processes and skills needed to exceed all goals placed on the team by the client.

    From launching new products and services to the field teams to helping those who needed a helping hand, Jerome was nothing but generous and thoughtful with his time and resources.
