SoftPro’s vision statement is “empowering people to facilitate every real estate transaction across the country,” and the company’s dedication to that vision shows in the growth of software product sales over the last 30 months. Since July 2020, SoftPro’s sales team exceeded its license fee goals for 27 out of 30 months, even reaching an impressive 171% of the license fee goal in October 2022. In that time, the SoftPro sales team also converted 832 new customers and increased the number of customers using their premier SoftPro Select Hosted software by 44%.
Another way that SoftPro empowers its customers to “facilitate every real estate transaction across the country” is through the SoftPro 360 business exchange platform. SoftPro 360 connects its customers to third-party industry vendors so that they may obtain related title products and services without leaving their SoftPro software. SoftPro has added 27 new vendor integrations and enhancements to SoftPro 360 since July 2020. SoftPro 360 now features over 65 third-party integrations. SoftPro customer Phil Janney says “SoftPro 360 saves time, money, energy – it’s just a great product!”
SoftPro sales also saw impressive growth amongst its supplemental services. SoftPro LIVE, the customizable tool that empowers title professionals to communicate with real estate agents, buyers/sellers, attorneys, and lenders in real time, saw sales growth of 98% in the last 30 months. SoftPro’s trust account reconciliation service, which provides customers with a dedicated reconciler to ensure their trust accounts are in balance, grew by 10% since July 2020.

SoftPro’s customers have gained access to 27 new integrations and enhancements since July 2020, the blog posts for which have been linked. The COVID-19 pandemic changed the face of the title and escrow industry by forcing title companies to embrace remote work to meet the increased demand of the real estate market over the last 30 months. SoftPro played a pivotal role with their Hosted software solution, which allows customers to work from anywhere with a computer and internet connection. SoftPro Hosted sales goals have been exceeded every month since July 2020, peaking at a whopping 550% of the goal in December of 2020. Additionally, SoftPro sales exceeded their goal for new Hosted customers by 122% and 107% in 2021 and 2022, respectively, bringing in 339 new Hosted customers and converting 211 existing SoftPro customers into Hosted users across both years. The transition to remote and hybrid real estate closings created a need for improved technology to facilitate those closings and better support industry professionals. In 2022, SoftPro released three new products that do just that. The SoftPro Banking application allows customers to securely send and receive wire transfers from a network of integrated banks in the U.S., all without leaving their SoftPro software. SoftPro partnered with cybersecurity experts at QOMPLX to launch SoftPro Protect, a cost-effective cybersecurity solution for title companies to help safeguard data and monitor against cyber-attacks, for businesses both large and small. Finally, SoftPro Sign allows all parties involved in a real estate transaction to securely sign or notarize documents online, allowing SoftPro customers to embrace Remote Online Notarization for eClosings.
