In fact, she is one of the very few members of the Nutrisystem Sales Team to generate over $1M in revenue annually for five (5) consecutive years. Closing the Sale:Beverly is adept at closing a sale on almost every first time customer sales call received. She has an innate ability to quickly build trust with prospects, recognize a need, alleviate any fears or concerns, and then recommend the most suitable program for new customer.Based on the average customer length of stay on the program, it is estimated that a minimum of 70,000 lbs. were lost by those who started.

Retaining Customers:As many know, customer retention is one of the hardest parts of any sales job. Beverly is extremely successful at interacting with customers, talking through obstacles they are facing on their weight loss journey and helping to find solutions that encourage success – all while many times cross-selling supplemental products to increase the average sale price. These interactions with customers are not your typical sales calls. They are often highly consultative and can oftentimes extend to seven minutes long. Beverly navigates these calls with ease and works to ensure customers, who may be defeated with their weight loss progress, leave the call feeling confident to continue their journey toward success.By encouraging and motivating customers to continue an extra month on the program, it is estimated another 1600 lbs. were lost.
