    We would like to be nominated for the award with Atmosphere, an integrated, user-friendly, personnel-oriented in-house web and mobile application, from tracking the sales performance and training status of our field employees to their access to internal announcements and communication wall posts. All kinds of business processes, announcements, campaign setups and reward programs for employee loyalty, were made through various web-based applications, via e-mail or through our Sales Managers before the implementation. In all these manual processes, there were disruptions, communication accidents and difficulties in monitoring the quality of the data flow. To adress these problems, we launched the Atmosphere application by creating a portal that will strengthens our communication and interaction with the dealer's owner, dealer employees and sales managers, makes the digital and corporate memory sustainable, enables time and labor savings through the singularization of applications, and deliver the most accurate information directly to the field.

    • With the Sales Target Realization and Month-End Closing Forecast and sales items based near-instantaneous status estimation screens, our field employees are always provided with up-to-date information and support while running towards the target.
    • All information required by our channel employees, business partners and sales teams are available on the signals and announcements screens.
    • With the social network created by the communication wall, dealer employees share the moments they value in their daily lives with Turkcell sales team. In the same way, shares are made from accounts in Turkcell central teams.
    • The Profile screen is designed specifically for the Employee. It is a comprehensive screen where you can monitor instant and historical performance in details, interaction performance on the communication wall, performance score, badges, achievements, additional benefits and assigned trainings.
    • Atmosphere Score: The feature of earning points with actions such as reading announcements and posting in the application.
    • Documents screen provides easy access to documents that provide process management.
    • With the Platforms screen, employees do not have to remember the access link for the applications they access most often, they can easily access it by following the links provided in this screen.
    • Paycell balance monitoring feature with Paycell integration.

    Atmosphere application is a new product for Turkcell's sales teams and it was released in  March 2022.

    The customers of the Atmosphere application are Turkcell dealer owners, dealer employees and our sales management team under the Turkcell Retail Sales Directorate. A central platform has been created where various information is published and stored while preserving the institutional memory with its systematic archive quality.

    Within the Atmosphere application, our field employees can see their monthly targets, actuals and month-end closing forecasts in a hierarchical manner for the product types tracked with the premium system. Thus, while employees in the store can see the status of their sales on an individual basis, the dealer owners and sales managers have the chance to proactively manage their sales by following the store total and the general directorate employees the overall progress of Turkey almost instantly.

    When our dealer employees log in with their own username, they can access personalized personnel campaigns, additional benefits and trainings assigned to them. In addition, with the Stars performance point system, our field employees can follow the performance evaluation status through the application with the 360-degree performance measurement and monitoring system.

    We have created a gamification structure with Atmosphere points gain in order to make the application more entertaining. We encourage our employees to practice by distributing gifts and rewards to our employees through drawings based on these points. We support team spirit by positioning the application as a social media platform with the communication wall structure, strengthening the communication of all sales teams across the country.

    Our Atmosphere Application has been downloaded 8.762 times on IOS and Anroid devices since its launch, and is actively used by an average of 5.470 field employees. In addition, our users have accessed Atmosphere with 7.600 clicks on Android and over 15.000 monthly home page clicks. Our employees contributed to creating synergy by sharing their successes and best practices with the entire field team, with 5.779 posts through the communication wall. Uninterrupted communication with our sales teams was established with 7.500 announcements, and access to these announcements via the mobile app increased the level of readability and access to information in the field.
