    Louise Clements is the Global CMO of WorkJam, a leading digital frontline workplace solution and app helping industries engage, upskill, and retain talent by supporting hourly workers as knowledge workers, around the world in 50 languages for brands that include American Eagle Outfitters, Ulta Beauty, Target (Australia) and many other enterprises.     At WorkJam, Louise oversees the company’s Go-to-Market Strategy, the Brand, Marketing, Public Relations, Social and Communications functions. Prior to WorkJam, Louise held a range of executive leadership roles at enterprises that include Meta, McCann Worldgroup, Bell Canada and AOL.  She is an active mentor, board member and strategic advisor to a range of public and private sector initiatives focused on growth and progress including the Open Finance Initiative Canada and Citibank’s Smart Cities initiative bciti.  

    The common thread across her 20+ year career is a deep understanding of technology’s great potential to drive both social and economic progress and the way she leverages her platform, industry relationships and expertise to drive growth, awareness and momentum through partnerships with like-minded institutions and an impressive range of media, event and social channels.

    Louise is a member of WorkJam’s Executive Leadership team contributing directly to the company's growth, expansion and culture of innovation.  During her tenure the company has grown its user base over 100%, increased revenue [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] and expanded its vertical industry momentum from the retail industry into a range of new sectors including travel, hospitality, food&beverage and logistics.

    In 2021, as industries faced historical labor challenges, Louise understood that WorkJam had both the technology solution and a unique opportunity to solve billion-dollar industry challenges in a way that also addressed the significant inequalities that exist between the salaried and hourly workers that serve those industries. 

    To that end, she led her teams on a range of initiatives that have driven extraordinary impacts for enterprises, their frontline workers and WorkJam’s mission and growth. She commissioned Forrester Consulting to conduct an Economic Impact study, based on surveys across 172,000 frontline workers which estimated a potential savings of $ 30.5 million over a 3-year period.     WorkJam clients also report that the solution has had a profound impact on employee well being, morale, engagement and economic advancement.

    Louise and her team launched the economic case across a range of media and social channels and advanced a deliberate cadence of partnerships and key moments to accelerate awareness, adoption and progress. Highlights include:

WorkJam’s solution is unique as it solves communications, productivity, turnover and customer-service challenges for employers, in a way that engages, upskills and advances their existing frontline workers.  

    Louise’s accomplishments are unique in terms of the growth and expansion she has delivered for WorkJam, the depth of her partnerships across WorkJam’s client base, and the impacts she has delivered for employers and employees across industries.

    WorkJam’s clients report significant improvements in productivity, revenue, growth and customer satisfaction and significant cost savings in absenteeism, turnover and training.
