She captured this process of career development in her new award-winning book and online course called Empowering Differences, published in 2022. 

Personally, she enjoys time with her 2 teenage boys who serve as the main source of motivation and empowerment for her. Recently in 2022, she consulted for the White House and won an award from the Governor of Florida showcasing how empowerment applies to all people regardless of our differences.
