Purchase Awards Dinner Tickets and/or Conference Registrations Online after logging into your entry-submission account on the awards website.  Awards dinner tickets are $345 each, or $3,350 for a table for ticket.  Prices will rise on November 2 to $395 per or $3,850 for a table for 10, so order your tickets today! No awards dinner cancellations will be accepted or refunds issued after Monday, November 12.

Book Your Discounted Hotel Rooms Online for the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel, setting for the November 16 conference and awards dinner.  Set near exciting Times Square, the hotel is at the epicenter of New York's glamorous entertainment industry.  The discounted rate expires at 5:00 pm ET on Friday, October 26, so make your reservations early, as the block will sell out.

Advertise to Conference & Awards Dinner Attendees.  There are three opportunities to tell attendees about your organization, with discounts for reserving two or all three of them.

  1. Advertising in the Conference Program Brochure. Projected distribution: 200 print, 2,000 PDF. Reservation deadline: October 26.
  2. Advertising in the Awards Dinner Program Brochure. Projected distribution: 600 print, 15,000 PDF. Reservation deadline: October 26.
  3. Distribute Literate to All Awards Dinner Attendees: Limited to the first four (4) organizations that respond. Reservation deadline: November 9.
