Women are told every day they can do, be and have everything. Yet no one explains how to achieve this unicorn of having it all. For most women, the daily juggle of work, family, and community is all-consuming. Leaving little time for self-care as many women fall into bed at night exhausted, overwhelmed and stressed.

Katrina helps them understand the importance of teaching their children age-appropriate chores and to stop martyring themselves to motherhood.

The modern concept of work/life balance is largely unrealistic, especially when having a stay-at-home mother is a luxury as most families need both parents working. Women are being expected to do more with less as they earn a living, be the primary caregiver to a child, elderly parent, or a family member with disabilities.
Every woman deserves a village (people to support and embrace them), time for self care and to immerse in their passions and to be acknowledged as a woman in her own right. Through her work, Katrina has helped (how many women) remember who she is and this change ripples through the family and society.
“What I love about Katrina is that she brings a big heart and no-nonsense attitude to the table.
You know from the beginning that she wants you to win and she is so generous in her time, knowledge and encouragement along the way. Equally, Katrina will hold you to account when needed while maintaining a supportive space to further you on the road to realising that winning potential.” - Shannon Parker
Katrina’s support document showcases the impact of her work with testimonials, media, award wins and growth.

With 80% of household tasks STILL being done by women, the mental load of running a household is on their shoulders, despite also working, parenting, taxi driving, and being involved in school/community activities. We’ve fallen into the trap that children need everything done for them, and we're seeing a generation of young people who don’t know how to cook, iron, or look after themselves. Katrina’s work shows her clients that children are far more capable of helping at home that they are given credit for. By teaching children the basic skills, Katrina's clients find they have more time to care for themselves and immerse in passions shelved while raising their families.
Katrina’s work helps mums effectively delegate to raise self-sufficient kids empowered with self-leadership skills and the ability to thrive.
Katrina IS the proverbial village stepping in when motherhood is overwhelming, coaching women to a place of balance and joy. Through her lived experiences, she knows that parenthood is far more complex than anticipated. When society tells women they're lacking work/life balance, women plunge into self-doubt and overwhelm. Katrina’s work brings relief to mothers and reinforces the message that caregivers deserve to be nurtured.
Katrina’s work is for all mothers who wonder why mothering didn’t come with a manual or rule book. By helping women implement structure and routine in their homes, Stress Free Super Mum supports mothers to ‘buy back time’ to practice self-care daily.
