Siki Giunta holds the reins at Managed Objects, one of the consistently
fastest-growing privately-owned software companies in the United States. Over
the past several years, she has led the business service management company past
the wilderness of the dot-com bubble, to fast growth and profitability, and now
to near-universal recognition as the industry’s key challenger.
For Managed Objects, Siki has been a leader who with the passion to grow the
company yet also had the business skills of a veteran executive. Having watched
so many technology companies implode in the past, she implemented a
“back-to-basics” approach, one focused on delivering needed solutions and
creating a customer-focused team. Through her leadership, the company has been
able to disrupt a market previously inhabited by industry giants like HP, BMC
and IBM, bringing a better approach that has earned the company blue-chip
customers like AIB, CSC, Credit Suisse, DISA, Fidelity Investments,

Siki Giunta joined Managed Objects as president and chief executive officer in
1999, having previously held leadership positions within several units at
Computer Associates as well as several other technology companies throughout a
career spanning two decades.
Siki currently sits on the boards of Layer 7 Technologies and BEZ Systems, a
leading provider of strategic performance management solutions for database
applications. She holds degrees in literature and art history from De Vedruna
College in Rome, Italy, along with a degree in French language and civilization
from La Sorbonne in Paris, France.
