    For nearly two decades, The Roundtable has been the leading expert in high potential leadership development, through group and team coaching for future-focused enterprise and mid-sized organizations.

    Our programs deliver measurable outcomes that:

    • Cultivate cultures that are aligned and enabling business strategy.
    • Increase leadership capability and capacity of critical talent.
    • Strengthen alignment and accountability within teams to move the strategy forward at all levels.

    The Roundtable collects pre and post program data. Consolidated data from participants in Roundtable for Leaders program include:

    • 100% increased self-insight.
    • 99% making good to excellent progress towards individual learning goals.
    • 96% improved overall effectiveness in leading and managing others.

    Our company has achieved significant financial milestones in recent years. We achieved [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] growth in revenue by the end of fiscal 2022 fiscal. This upward trend continued into 2023, with a [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] increase in revenue in the fourth quarter compared to the same period in 2022. From May 2023 to May 2024, we sustained our momentum with [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] growth in revenue.

    Awards

    In 2024, The Roundtable in partnership with the LCBO earned Talent Development honors from the Retail Council of Canada’s Excellence in Retail Awards. Additionally, Glain Roberts-McCabe, Roundtable Founder & President received the Top Group & Peer Coaching Expert by IAOTP.

    In 2023, The Roundtable won two Brandon Hall Awards of Excellence (Best Advance in Coaching & Mentoring (LCBO) and Best Advance in Leadership Development (CAA)). We also were awarded two ICF Prism Awards in collaboration with Pelmorex and Pepsi Foods Canada, acknowledging our outstanding coaching initiatives. In 2022, we received the Brandon Hall Award for Best Advance in Coaching & Mentoring (PFC) as well as the Award of Excellence for Designing Curricula from I4PL, and silver and bronze Stevie Awards for Women in Business for the second time.

    Societal Impact

    In January 2022, The Roundtable embarked on a multi-year partnership with Indspire by launching the #Impact215 bursary program as a visible commitment to Truth & Reconciliation. We annually pledge 10% of all referral fees toward the bursary program. Additionally, we formed a consortium with development providers to accelerate impact and have awarded 31 bursaries to date.

    The Roundtable’s achievements stand out due to their comprehensive and measurable impact on leadership development. Unlike many industry players that focus primarily on individual leadership capabilities, The Roundtable emphasizes collective leadership, driving substantial cultural and strategic shifts within organizations. The effectiveness of this approach is evident in our consistent client results and impact.

    Financially, The Roundtable's consistent revenue growth—[REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION] underscores their strategic excellence and market relevance. This financial robustness often outperforms industry averages, reflecting strong demand and customer satisfaction. The Roundtable is a member of the Association of Learning Providers (ISA) which provides financial benchmarking. In the July 2023 “How’s Business” Financial snapshot, business performance of ISA firms softened with about a third of members seeing a decrease in revenue performance. The Roundtable’s financial results were stronger than the comparative data from other ISA member firms.

Recognition from esteemed bodies like the Retail Council of Canada, ICF, I4PL and Brandon Hall was earned due to innovative and effective coaching methods.
