    Laura White currently serves as the Director of HR at ResultsCX. Since joining the company in June 2007 and transitioning to her current role in 2020, Laura has shown exceptional leadership, significantly advancing business objectives and supporting the team that drives them.

    As Director of HR, Laura’s contributions span every aspect of the organization, from strengthening leadership and advocating for employee development to managing special projects that benefit the workforce. Laura’s initiatives have significantly boosted employee retention and embody ResultsCX's values through her positive, truthful communication and role modeling.

    Known for her dedication and kindness, Laura is the quintessential team player. She is always available to address requests, holding global employee meetings and multiple open office hours to ensure everyone feels supported. Her commitment to providing guidance and maintaining accountability has earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues.

    Laura strongly believes that everyone deserves dignity, respect, and love, and is passionate about helping individuals reach their full potential. As the current Co-champion of the R.E.A.L. Women initiative, she is dedicated to creating an inclusive and empowering environment for women, both within ResultsCX and beyond.

    Laura’s dedication and leadership are transformative, shaping a more inclusive and dynamic environment. As Director of HR, Laura is the driving force behind our global HR strategies, championing employee growth and organizational development. Her focus spans leadership development, company culture, employee communications, performance, instructional design, and LMS administration.

    Laura has been instrumental in launching several key initiatives, including our company values, quarterly awards, Inclusion & Belonging activities, ESG efforts, and our first LMS platform. One of Laura's most notable contributions is her pioneering role in establishing and advancing our REAL Women Employee Resource Group. Launched in May 2022, Laura was part of the leadership committee that brought this initiative to life.

    The REAL Women group empowers nearly 13,000 women employees, guiding them to reach their full potential and excel as leaders. Through programs such as meetings, webinars, mentorship, and dedicated communication channels, the initiative has served as a powerful catalyst. It has elevated several women leaders into the industry spotlight with speakerships, Hall of Fame inductions, and prestigious awards, including multiple Silver Stevie accolades. In a 2023 internal survey, the R.E.A.L. Women group earned an impressive 4.7 stars, with 94.4% of participants recommending it to others.

    Laura is equally dedicated to advancing women in her community. Since moving to Melbourne, FL, she has co-facilitated women’s ministry classes since 2013 and helped establish an annual women’s conference. Alongside two other women leaders, she’s resuming Wednesday night classes to meet her community’s evolving needs.

    Drawing on her 17 years at ResultsCX, Laura spearheads high-impact initiatives for our global workforce, including efforts within the REAL Women group. As a Co-champion of REAL Women since early 2024, she has taken the lead in guiding the group and co-hosting mentorship sessions (which have expanded to include leadership mentoring cohorts for high-potential leaders). Laura also oversees the selection of external speakers for webinars and the Annual Gala, manages the planning and review of health and wellness programs, and recently led the launch of e-Learning courses on women’s leadership on our LMS. Driven by her foresight, her team designed exceptional supervisor certification materials and self-paced learning opportunities for our LMS.

    Under her visionary leadership, the REAL Women initiative has transformed into a dynamic platform dedicated to uplifting women across ResultsCX. In just two years, it has significantly impacted the workforce, with women now making up 56% of our global team of over 23,000 employees. Notably, half of the management roles are filled by women, and 31% of female leaders have 5-9 years of tenure. Many senior women have also received prestigious industry awards, like the Stevie, for their accomplishments.

    Laura is committed to personal and professional growth, continuously pushing herself beyond her comfort zone. Her dedication to advancing women in the workplace has earned her multiple awards, including our annual EmpowHER Award, which recognizes outstanding women from each region within our organization. 

    Beyond her professional role, Laura’s community leadership energizes and advances women, youth, and children alike.
