In 2017 entrepreneur Rachel Katzman, went searching for solutions to the near-constant pain her body was experiencing from high-intensity workouts mingled with scoliosis pain. She knew there had to be a better way to get results, and that she couldn't be alone in feeling broken and physically limited by more traditional modes of physical fitness.
Then, Rachel found functional fitness, which sculpted her body without the typical strain. Inspired, she put the pieces in place to develop an entirely new low-impact, big-results fitness method with a Clinical Advisory Board, expert trainers, and unique, patented equipment. Pvolve was born.
The motivating ethos behind Rachel's entrepreneurial pursuit has always been the belief that results shouldn't come at the expense of your body and that you shouldn't have to choose between looking good and feeling great. She hopes that this method inspires women to form a deeper, more powerful connection with their bodies and helps them live longer, healthier lives.
- Outline the nominee's achievements since July 1 2022 that you wish to bring to the judges' attention (up to 250 words):

During the summer of 2023, Pvolve partnered with world-renowned actress, director, and producer Jennifer Aniston. After discovering the workout and experiencing a transformation of her own, Aniston approached Rachel and knew she needed to be involved in the company. In her role, Aniston assists with product development, programming strategy, and marketing efforts.
Rachel has also devoted a great deal of Pvolve's resources to developing a deeper understanding of the short and long-term health benefits of functional fitness and its impacts on longevity. She brought on a Clinical Advisory Board composed of Clinicians, Doctors, and Researchers who have led the brand through three separate clinical studies that substantiate the efficacy of the Pvolve brand and its products. In addition, Rachel has been a champion of women’s health, spearheading the development of programs that specifically target female physiology, including programs designed to sync to the menstrual cycle, pre/post natal programs, and a series designed to help educate women on the menopause transition and mitigate symptoms.
Pvolve’s franchise opportunity has begun taking hold in communities across the country at a record rate, as more consumers than ever continue to be drawn in by the low-impact, yet highly effective nature of the brand's unique pairing of low-impact functional movements with resistance equipment. The brand now boasts 14 open studios across the U.S. and Canada, with an additional 40+ locations currently under development.

The fitness space is crowded, with new entrants popping up both online and in brick-and-mortar locations every month. To stand out - and, more importantly - endure, you need to offer something unique and effective.
Pvolve will turn seven this year, and in that time, it has demonstrated its efficacy through clinically-proven results. It has stood out so significantly that it has captured the attention of lifelong wellness expert, Jennifer Aniston, and built a franchise network across the US and Canada, with new locations opening each month.
Though ‘functional fitness’ is still in its nascency in terms of mass consumer awareness, Pvolve is fast becoming the name in functional fitness.
- Reference any attachments of supporting materials throughout this nomination and how they provide evidence of the claims you have made in this nomination (up to 250 words):

The two links in question #2 pertain to Pvolve’s two most recent clinical studies. Studies that prove the efficacy of the brand’s proprietary method and lend further credit to the mention of the franchise’s investment into research and modality advancement, which was touched on as a response in that portion.
As for the links included below, they are meant to offer documentation and further insight regarding Pvolve’s partnership with Jennifer Aniston, their record growth over the past 12 months, additional clinical studies, their patented equipment, and past business profiles that have shined a spotlight on Rachel and the work she’s done to develop the franchise.
