I have 25 years of experience in change and transformation, supporting global companies in implementing large-scale transformation and uplifting individual leaders’ capabilities.
For the first 17 years, I worked in corporations including Boeing, Barclays Bank, Emirates, and Microsoft. Through my thought leadership, executive coaching and mentoring, and company-wide training and advising roles, I guided large-scale change like the World Cup, opening new airports, improved processes, elevated leadership performance, and large-scale restructuring.
Eight years ago, I launched my business, focused on equipping individual leaders with the skills they need through Coaching, Community, and Content to spark change and transformation. My clients are female business owners, consultants, and executives in corporate companies. Despite their impressive positions, they are held back by imposter syndrome, believing they need to be “perfect” to succeed further. My unique purpose is to support women in becoming the go-to leaders of the future.
I have mentored and coached over 300 leaders to increase their confidence, secure new roles/promotions (e.g., up to Consulting Partner), and achieve outstanding results (e.g., one client secured major business deals in Dubai and the US totalling over $3 million USD as a result of our collaboration).
- Outline the nominee's achievements since July 1 2022 that you wish to bring to the judges' attention (up to 250 words):

- I launched The People of Transformation membership program in 2023. The first of its kind globally, it focuses not only on high-calibre content but also coaching and implementation, uniquely focused on the multidisciplinary nature of change and transformation, in contrast to the more limited focus of other programs. Aimed at high-performing corporate leaders and consultants, the program contains 12 comprehensive learning modules and over 100 hours of content. The 37 current members of the program, the majority of whom are women, receive two weekly coaching sessions, benefiting from personalised advice and insights from my 25 years of experience.
- I also partner with global thought leaders to deliver monthly masterclasses (eg: Paul Gibbons - Leadership; Edwina Pike - Behavioural Science; and Anand Budhan - Innovation). These partnerships are ONLY offered through my program.
- I also offer deep-dive workshops on specific skills and implementation, e.g., my Strategy To Future Method. Crucially, this allows members to access peer support and learning through a safe and supportive digital community and my weekly coaching.
- I’ve spoken at numerous female-led events and organisations (see attachment), including Women in Project Management, Global Women in Architecture and Women in AI. I share my story as an Egyptian Australian and a woman of colour who has worked and lived in 15 countries on four continents and fought for my place in the professional world as a rare woman of colour in boardrooms. ALL of my speaking engagements have hit capacity (up to 120 people).

Attachment 1 - People of Transformation Launch event communications, introducing my first-of-its-kind program to the world. Aimed at high-performing corporate leaders and consultants, the program contains 12 comprehensive learning modules and over 100 hours of content.
Attachment 2 - Speaking event photos: In the change and transformation space, there aren’t a lot of female figures who speak openly and vulnerably about their personal history. Instead, they tend to focus on technical skills and business growth. When I speak, I share my true personal story as a woman of colour, and the fuel and fire behind my professional journey to date. It’s a different approach that connects with women more deeply.
Attachment 3 - I have provided a number of testimonials from clients, which speak to the genuine point of difference my course offers. I find the greatest professional satisfaction in hearing from the women I coach and mentor about how I was able to help them. It is the fuel that keeps me going.

People of Transformation program: My program has two unique components:
- Structure: You don’t just take my course and then say goodbye; I provide members with ongoing community, coaching, and connection, which can be hard to find in business. Women feel they can open up to me and other members, speaking vulnerably about where they’re at and where they hope to be.
- Breadth: Change and transformation are large spaces with over 12 micro-disciplines. Most programs cater to just one or two disciplines. With my extensive experience, I offer a wide-reaching and holistic approach that is far more valuable than any other mentor in this space.
Speaking engagements: What makes my speaking unique is its authenticity and real stories. In change and transformation, very few female figures speak openly and vulnerably about their personal history, instead focusing on technical skills and business growth. When I speak, I share my personal story and the fuel and fire behind where I came from. I believe change isn’t just a technical toolkit – you need to show the human side of it, too, and this unique approach connects with women more deeply. For example, I spoke at the Women in Project Management conference about my struggles with autoimmune disease and the Critical Thinking Conference about becoming a professional squash player and its impact on me becoming a critical thinker and strategic in my actions.
