Deadline to Complete This Form to Opt-in to Receive Your Awards: Monday, December 1, 2025

Complete the form below by December 1 to choose to pay your shipping fees and receive your organization's awards won in the 2025 (22nd annual) Stevie® Awards for Women in Business. If you prefer to not pay the shipping fees to receive your physical awards, do not complete the form below. You will still be a winner in good standing.

All Stevie Award winners who did not accept their awards at the November 10 awards banquet in New York may opt-in to pay their shipping fees to be sent their physical awards. Winners who do not opt-in will not be shipped their awards. All winners were notified by email on November 10 and have through December 1 to opt-in. After December 1 winners who choose to receive their awards will have to purchase them in the Stevie Awards Store and pay for the award(s) as well as the shipping.

For those who opt-in shipping fees payable will be as follows:

Shipments within the U.S.A.
•   U.S. $42 per Gold Stevie Award trophy
•   U.S. $18 per Silver or Bronze Medal

Shipments to Canada
Trophies will be shipped by FedEx International Economy, DHL Express, or UPS and fees include all customs fees and taxes
•  U.S. $95 per Gold Stevie Award trophy
•  U.S. $39 per Silver or Bronze Medal

Shipments to All Other Nations
Trophies will be shipped by FedEx International Economy, DHL Express, or UPS and fees include all customs fees and taxes
•   U.S. $335 per Gold Stevie Award trophy
•   U.S. $48 per Silver or Bronze Medal

If you choose to receive your awards you will be charged or sent an invoice for the shipping fees on or about December 11.  Payment of invoices will be due within 60 days.  Awards will be shipped 4-6 weeks after payment is received.  An invoice unpaid after 60 days will be voided, and the associated request for awards shipment will be abandoned.
