Led by an executive team with more than 200 years of collective industry experience, Nerium International is committed to developing and distributing skincare products that are rooted in real science, produce real results, and improve consumers' lives.

• Company revenue grew to more than $500 million in sales
• Youngest company ever to make the Direct Selling News Global 100 List and receive the Bravo Growth Award
• Recognized for the second year in a row on Direct Selling News’ Global Top 100 List
• Awarded the Community Impact Award in 2013 by Big Brothers Big Sisters, which annually recognizes an organization with the greatest impact on a grassroots level.
• With the goal of influencing as many childrens’ lives as possible and become the largest corporate sponsor, the company pledged to raise $1 million for Big Brothers Big Sisters in 2014. As of August 2014, over $605,000 has been raised.

As Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Nerium International™, LLC, Amber Olson Rourke has lead one of the most successful skincare launches in history and has played a pivotal role in growing the company’s revenue to more than $500 million in sales in just three years. Amber has also developed and executed global strategy that led Nerium to become the youngest company ever to make the Direct Selling News’ Global 100 List and receive the Bravo Growth Award from Direct Selling News’. Amber not only accomplishes monumental business success, she also influences the philanthropy world by implementing Nerium’s partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters. Over $605,000 has been raised in 2014. Most recently, Amber secured a spot on Direct Marketing News 40 Under 40 list.
