In 2022, she was offered a role in New York to join LinkedIn’s newly formed Strategic Accounts team, which manages the company’s Top 50 clients, making Thamina not only the first person in her previous org to have been transferred to the US but also the youngest employee and only non-native English speaker to join the team.

In 2023, Thamina parlayed her personal experiences with premature fertility decline into a more concrete role, joining the female-founded fertility preservation start-up, Blooming Eve, as an advisor and early investor.
