    Kathy Wagner is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Kaseya, the leading provider of unified IT management and security software for small to medium-sized business (SMBs). She started at the company in May 2021 and oversees Sales Strategy, Finance, Legal, and HR. She has led all legal, M&A, and financial activities across the full portfolio of Kaseya and its customers. She defines strategy for group operations and ensures Kaseya is poised for hyper-growth. She possesses a deep understanding of the role of finance in business, including the impacts and benefits of managing investments and effectively conveying strategies to the executive team, board, investors, and other stakeholders.

    She is a Certified Public Accountant, beginning her career at esteem firms; Arthur Andersen, and Ernst & Young [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION]. Before coming to Kaseya, Kathy worked at Citrix for seventeen years, serving as Vice President of Global Finance and Administration [REDACTED FOR PUBLICATION].

With the Datto acquisition, Kaseya’s employee base more than doubled overnight and the process of integration between the two companies began immediately. As head of human resources, she was an integral part in integrating these 2,000 employees into the Kaseya family.     Kathy has been invaluable in leading all legal and financial activities across the full portfolio of Kaseya companies. She is focused on honing her experience in building teams and scaling organizations to meet Kaseya’s aggressive expansion goals. Her success in defining the strategy for Kaseya’s global operations, as well as her ability to understand the impacts and benefits of managing investments and effectively conveying strategies to Kaseya's executive team, board of directors, investors, and other stakeholders at Kaseya, are unmeasurable contributions. 

    The acquisitions Kathy has led, as well as the negotiation of the $117 million deal that secured Kaseya naming rights to the Miami HEAT’s arena, have resulted in Kaseya emerging as the premier provider of IT management tools to IT service providers worldwide. Kaseya continues to grow, despite an unstable economy because Kathy has set the company up for nothing but success. Kaseya is one of the few companies within the technology industry that is not experiencing mass layoffs because of Kathy's diligent work prior to the current economic state. Kathy has demonstrated both fast-acting responses and thoughtful planning during Kaseya’s exponential growth. Her leadership, mentorship, grit, and accountability are felt throughout the organization.
