    Veronica's strategic leadership in one of the world's largest Information Technology companies has garnered her recognition and prestigious awards. In 2021, she received the Manufacturing Leadership Awards from the US National Association of Manufacturers, specifically acknowledging her accomplishments in Digital Transformation Leadership, AI and Edge Computing for Manufacturing Quality Inspection, and fostering a Culture of Innovation and Transformation in connection with Industry 4.0.

    Her co-authorship of three books serves as a testament to her ability to inspire and educate through the written word. These books offer valuable insights and guidance, navigating the complexities of digital transformation and highlighting Veronica's expertise and thought leadership.

    As a member of IBM Academy of Technology, Veronica has demonstrated exceptional contributions and expertise within the organization, right now she has 3 patents.

    Under Veronica's visionary leadership over the past two years, more than fifteen hundred employees achieved exceptional business results throughout and beyond the challenges posed by the pandemic. Her transformative efforts in process digitization earned her international recognition. Additionally, Veronica spearheaded an inclusive strategy, elevating women's participation in technology leadership roles from 10% to 30%. Moreover, she facilitated the development of 25% of her employees, transitioning them from traditional manufacturing positions to future-oriented roles like AI, Cloud, Data Science, and Developers.
