    Dina, the nominated individual, possesses a bachelor's degree in computer sciences engineering and a master's degree in business administration. With a distinguished career at IBM since 1986, she currently serves as the Logistics and Procurement Executive in IBM Mexico.

    Dina's notable achievements lie in her ability to navigate the digital era and foster connections within the high-tech industry. She has played a key role in developing strategic plans that unite academia, government, and industry to cultivate a new generation of talent equipped with analytical, cognitive, and social abilities. Her leadership in this regard has made her a revered figure, particularly as a role model for women in the industry.

    Furthermore, Dina has been an active advocate for industry development, representing IBM in various industrial chambers and associations. In recognition of her contributions, she received the Distinguished Industrial award in 2012. Currently serving as the President of the High Technology Industry Chamber (CANIETI), Dina holds the distinction of being the first woman to assume this role since the organization's establishment 31 years ago. CANIETI's mission revolves around driving economic development, promoting innovation, and enhancing global competitiveness within Mexico's high-tech industry.

All the work being made by her as appointed as the unique and first woman leading the Hight Tech Industry in Jalisco, publication of launch of the Jal Tech HUB Act, work being done during the Covid Pandemic along with government secretaries, Work missions to attract investment and innovation to Jalisco, publication of the TAE program, Social activities helping schools and associations during the COVID Pandemic, Recognition Dina received from Governor due to her great labor during COVID-19 sanitary emergency when the right decision were made on benefit of health and economy of Jalisco.

    Dina's commitment to addressing the global shortage of high-tech skills led to the establishment of the high specialized talent program (TAE). Through strategic collaborations with government entities and academic institutions, she spearheaded the development and conversion of talent, bolstering the industry's capacity to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.

    One of Dina's standout accomplishments was attracting substantial investments exceeding $800 million in 2022. This resulted in the creation of 15,000 new employment opportunities within the state of Jalisco. Recognizing the emerging nearshoring trends and evolving supply chain approaches, she worked tirelessly with government and academia to fortify the high-tech ecosystem in Jalisco.

    Dina's visionary leadership culminated in the implementation of the "Jalisco Tech Hub" act.
