    Caro is a highly accomplished individual with over 15 years of experience in the automotive, medical, and technology industries. She holds multiple degrees and has been recognized for her innovation with 45 patents and 49 publications. Caro's expertise spans various fields, including AI, cybersecurity, and 3D & 4D printing.

    At IBM, Caro has led innovative projects and played a key role in increasing the participation of inventors in Latin America, the USA, and India. She is an advocate for STEM careers and has mentored university students, sharing her experiences and encouraging innovation.

    Caro's contributions extend beyond her professional achievements. She supports the Innovation group of CANIETI, promoting an innovation culture in Mexico, and engages in mentoring sessions and community support activities. She has received awards within IBM and was recognized as the most prolific woman inventor in Mexico at a TEDx event.

    Overall, Caro's impressive history and past performance highlight her exceptional skills, leadership, and dedication to innovation. Her expertise and commitment make her a deserving nominee for any recognition or award.

    Caro has achieved remarkable success, making her a standout nominee for the employee of the year recognition.

    Within IBM, Caro has excelled as a technical leader, implementing new programs and driving technical solutions across global business units. Her contributions in manufacturing and operations processes have resulted in significant savings and revenue impact, earning multiple excellence awards in Supply Chain.

    Caro's inventive spirit is evident through her numerous patents and publications. She has developed a wide range of technical solutions, methods, and mechanisms, with dozen patent and publications published. Her patents have gained recognition worldwide, published in the United Kingdom and the United States.

    Her contributions have been recognized within IBM. Caro was honored as the First Female Master Inventor in Mexico and featured in the Corporate Technical Recognition Book. She has played a pivotal role in shaping patent and innovation strategies, promoting intellectual property, and increasing inventor participation in Mexico and Latin America. Her achievements have also earned her a place on the Wall of Fame at IBM.

    Caro's impact extends beyond IBM. She was recognized as the Most Prolific Woman Inventor in Mexico at TEDx Costa Rica and actively supports universities, encouraging engineering students to pursue innovation. As part of the leadership team of CANIETI's Innovation group, she contributes to fostering innovation culture in Jalisco and Mexico. Caro also dedicates her time to communities such as Womex and Neurodiversity.

    Caro strives to be an example of leadership, diligence, tenacity, and brilliant solutions. She has several excellence awards from IBM Supply Chain and Operations recognizing her technical solutions provided in different problems and introduction of new programs. She developed a conversion process for Storage HW, that enabled over $75MUSD in revenue.

    She is the “First Female Master Inventor in IBM México”, nobody in IBM México has the quantity of patents, publications, plateaus that she has. During the last two years Caro has been inventing technical solutions to solve many different problems in collaboration with other Master Inventors of India and USA.  She is well known as the lady with more patents in México.

    She has been recognized by the Academy of Technology due to her initiatives focusing on innovation and patents.  In addition, the Council of Innovation of IBM has been recognized her due her contributions to IBM’s overall patent portfolio.

    She has been recognized in the TEDx of Costa Rica meeting as the most prolific inventor in México.  No one else in IBM México has been so recognized. Caro has started many of the initiatives in Mexico and Latin America which focus on increasing the patents submissions by IBMers.

    Caro has made the difference due her technical knowledge introducing new programs with different suppliers in several countries and develop solutions. She has created several projects to improve the manufacturing process at IBM and at supplier sites.
