In-Flight Crew Connections (ICC) is a niche aviation personnel staffing service. Incorporated on May 9, 2002, this privately held corporation is a WBENC certified woman-owned staffing firm headquartered in Charlotte, NC, USA. The Charlotte office employs staff members working in various departments: Operations/Crew Scheduling, Accounting, Human Resources and Business Development.

In-Flight Crew Connections' core competencies include: management of aviation contingent workers, temporary flight crews & provision of other on-demand departmental labor groups, payroll services, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) & placement services.

In-Flight Crew Connections was started in one the worst periods of aviation, six months after 9/11. Large corporations were downsizing their aviation departments and outsourcing supplemental labor. ICC recruited experienced flight attendants, trained them in corporate flight operations and sent them skyward. "There weren't many corporately trained flight attendants at the time," says Jennifer Guthrie, President and CEO. "We trained them through a standardized process so they could go work on a corporate aircraft, because it's completely different than being on a commercial aircraft."

Except during the 2008 Financial Crisis, when the company's revenue declined by two-thirds; Jennifer made drastic changes by cutting staff to just herself and a part-time bookkeeper. In-Flight Crew Connections has maintained an average yearly growth of 144% for the last ten years. Jennifer credits the talent and dedication of the professional staff comprised of aviation industry veterans and a vision to meet the ever changing demands of aviation clients. The Operations department maintains around the clock hours, 24/7/365, to provide first-class service to aviation clients. The company has been honored by Inavero with the “Best of Staffing” award in both Client and Talent satisfaction. These dual honors were earned by fewer than 2% of the more than 12,000 staffing firms in the U.S. and Canada.
