    Notable achievements include the founding of Rainbow Connections, a LGBTQ2S+ web portal that facilitates donations to charitable organizations with every transaction, launching Canada's OutTV, the world's first LGBTQ2S+ multimedia television network, providing a platform for LGBTQ2S+ creators, and contributions to the broadcasting landscape by spearheading the launch of CBC Radio 2 (CBC’s first revenue based broadcast model), Roundhouse Radio, and the Beat 94.5FM, Western Canada's first urban radio station.
