Over the course of Hagan Kappler’s career, she has led home services franchise brands across multiple sectors including pest control, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, and home cleaning. In addition to growing top national brands in the sector, such as Starbucks, Merry Maids, MaidPro and Service Master Clean, she has driven strategic growth at large companies including Carrier, Ingersoll Rand, Trane, and Club Car. She also spent time as a consultant at McKinsey & Co., and as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs. As a working mom of four, she quickly recognized an opportunity to create a recurring smart home servicing model for homeowners, to ensure home technology is optimized for entertainment, WFH, schoolwork, security, and more. Understanding the need for intuitive tech solutions and ongoing support in the home, Hagan set out to address this growing market need and help consumers integrate technology into their homes. Applying decades of corporate and franchising experience, market research, and her own need for reliable tech support in the home, Hagan launched Daisy in January 2024, establishing the first national smart home servicing company and unifying the fragmented market of technology integrators with national standards, training, and customer service.
