Video is a global trend that women business owners must master to effectively attract new clients and build a powerful dynamic presence for their business or non-profit organization. Kristen's combination of more than 15 years as a television journalist and radio host has given her a unique ability to help women develop a media expert platform with a crystal clear message, a polished media image and the confidence to step into the spotlight and be a big, bold, voice for their vision.

A member of International Coach Federation, Kristen uses her skills and training as a professional coach to support women to breakthrough fear of being on camera, to find the words in their authentic voice to help them develop their business platform and to create strategic marketing campaigns that generate sales and revenue that is sustainable. Kristen is a skilled as a scriptwriter, director and content coach. She helps women see the bigger vision that is possible if they have the courage to embrace their dreams.

Her signature concept, journalist marketing, has won several prestigious awards for excellence in video. Kristen creates broadcast quality, day-in-the-life videos showing the impact of women's business of the clients she serves. Her series on a day in the life of a special needs childcare company produced in April of 2012 resulted in substantial growth for her platinum client.

Kristen is also the creator of Instant Celebrity Academy, in July 2011, a media coaching and video production company that teaches women in a 3-day mastermind event important on-camera skills, script development, and confidence in a real studio where they create professional videos that support the marketing of their books, products and services. She has created more than 200+ marketing videos for her clients over three live events in the last year. Her event was featured in Forbes online and several other prestigious media outlets.

Kristen White is the author of a new book called Broadcast Your Vision: How to Place Your Life Purpose into the Spotlight, to be released in early 2013. The book teaches how to build a business around your true passion and attract the clients to make it succeed.

As a managing director for eWomen's Network St. Louis, Kristen works with women in her community to develop strong and lasting relationships that support the long term health of their business, hosts monthly strategic business meetings that allow women to network and expand their circle of influence, and works with women privately and in small groups coaching on how to position your business for growth, magnetic marketing and how to create a signature system.

Kristen, is an active volunteer and coach for the Viral Cancer Research Center, and has consulted free of charge for several non-profit organizations.
