With a process that’s innately individualized, no two assessment results are alike. The CDR 3-D Suite’s deeply attuned algorithm is designed to uncover personality traits, characteristics, risk factors, and motivation. No other assessment comes close to the depth and universal application of the data. This fingerprint - unchanging overtime - delivers a roadmap throughout an employee’s professional life.

To begin their development journey, users will log into the CDR platform to take their assessment. In less than 20 minutes per section, users answer a series of questions that identify key characteristics of their personality, motivations, and risk factors. Once completed, users select their personal virtual coach for their unique debrief. They also have an opportunity to download and print copies of their personalized assessment reports to follow along during the debrief. Virtual debriefs are self-paced and available at any time. Complete it all at once, or break it up over several sections. After completion of the virtual debrief, users can then move onto the optional Action Planning module.

When we launched CDR-U Coach in July of 2020, we were met with COVID 19 and perceived competitors of “just in time coaching” apps (and they are giants). We ran a successful pilot with a detailed feedback survey. We had experts in our field, academics, client users, and third parties reviewing functionality, enrichment, aesthetics.The favorable feedback was overwhelming, and we immediately took action to improve and make modest changes to address suggestions. In advance, a few experts had expressed concerns around the attention span of online training which is usually only 10 minutes or so. Fortunately, we found that users are “all in” and stay engaged for the 60 minutes plus action planning and love it because it is all about them.
