Natalie Boden, CEO & Founder, oversees the agency’s strategy and drives growth and agency visibility. Sara Garibaldi, President, drives operational excellence across the agency and leads new business nad thought leadership efforts. Lauren Gongora, Executive Vice President, oversees client services, ensuring best-in-class, award-winning work.

These leaders are charged with maintaining BODEN’s position as the #1 U.S. Hispanic Agency and pursuing new purpose-driven work streams that will help the agency reach its growth goals. BODEN has solidified its position as a trailblazer in the industry and the #1 Hispanic communications agency. All our work is purpose-driven and focused on breakthrough campaigns that make a tangible difference in big, bold, creative ways.

    • For PepsiCo, we launched Juntos Crecemos to help Hispanic-owned businesses that struggle with financial support and guidance. Our Jefa-Owned campaign shined a spotlight on Latina-owned businesses.

    • For McDonald’s, we launched Spotlight Dorado to help increase diverse representation in Hollywood; HACER, a Hispanic scholarship fund to help college students see the road ahead, and Ritmo y Color, a campaign highlighting Hispanic artists and musicians giving them a platform to shine their talents.

    • For Target, we launched the Más Que campaign to communicate that Latino culture is more than just Hispanic Heritage month.

    • For United Healthcare, we launched Unstoppable You to educate elderly Hispanics on Medicare and ensure language and cultural barriers don’t prevent them from this information.

Our mission extends beyond our day-to-day work. BODEN is committed to helping the Hispanic community thrive by hiring and developing diverse talent and engaging minority-owned vendors, while supporting causes we believe in.

We recently launched Atrévete, a leadership series that highlights inspiring leaders in the US Hispanic community who lead with guts, innovation and creativity, paving the way for the next generation.
