Getting Rich Together is a high impact wealth expander podcast that has reached top 100 charts globally since its release in April 2024. Featuring  voices of female luminaries this podcast highlights all the ways in which women can earn, create and allocate their wealth according to their values. The podcast has been featured in Forbes, the Entrepreneurs Organization, the Stanford quarterly, Female Founders Collective and others. Already reaching 200 five-star reviews on Spotify its clear that Getting Rich Together is more than a podcast, it’s a movement.

This podcast is the product of Syama Bunten, CEO of Scaling Retail a multiple Stevie Award Winner, and recipient of the Leadership Institute’s Positive Leadership Award (2023) and the WWD Top Women in Business (2017). She founded Big Delta Capital in 2021 as a vehicle to invest in the people, business and ideas she found impactful in the world. This desire to create change through capital stemmed from a personal divorce and later business divorce that would put money and values at the center of her world. In her journey Syama found there to be many voices like Suze Orman who offer strategic advice, and other voices that would espouse abundant mindset thinking. There was a clear lack of representation of real women’s stories on how they actually built their wealth. Hence, Getting Rich Together was born, an innovation in education, and creating change through podcasting.

The mission of the podcast is to ignite 1,000,000 women to take the next step in becoming financially active. This might mean opening up a brokerage account, starting a business or buying real estate. Why is this critical? Because,  if women invested at the same rate as men did we would have $3 trillion  dollars + circulating in the global economy. Coupled with the Great Wealth Transfer, that  by 2030 women are slated to inherit $30 trillion dollars, there is has never been a greater need to unlock capital and put it towards our values. Women historically have not taken risk because of a lack of confidence, education, and access. Getting Rich Together is here to close that gap.

Getting Rich Together features guests like  Cameron Rogers (Ellevest), entrepreneurs Rebecca Minkoff, and Nyakio Greico (ThirteenLune), and community builders like Amy Jo Martin (Renegade Global), Fran Hauser, Kat de Haen (Fourth Effect). Each week a new story is released, highlighting the greatness of each woman. This podcast, independently produced, is the start of something powerful.
